Yellow levels of threat indicate that stupidness should be considered normal and there's nothing anyone can do about it anyway. Carry on as you always do and try to act like you have more important things on your mind even though you don't.

Even though we've never used blue, if we did it would mean that stuidity was unlikely and only a remote possibility. In the unlikely event of a blue alert, be assured it will be a least yellow the following day, probably orange.
